Nosocomial pneumonia symptoms are as follows:
- Cough that produces greenish, mucus like pus like sputum
- Chills
- Shortness of breath
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Chest pain that :
- Increases by coughing or by breathing deeply
- Is sharp or stabbing
- Headache
- Low appetite
- Vomiting and an uneasy feeling of nausea
- Uneasiness, general discomfort, feeling of being unwell (malaise)
- Joint pain and stiffness (quite rare)
- Muscular stiffness (rare)
- Excessive sweating (rare)
