• fevers

• cough -- may be dry or productive of phlegm

• headache

• muscular stiffness and aching

• breathing, rapid may be present

• shortness of breath may be present

• loss of appetite (anorexia)

• malaise

• confusion (especially with Legionella)

• rash (especially with Mycoplasma)

• diarrhea (especially with Legionella)
